- One thing about this program is that you’ll notice right away how if you don’t follow the time guidelines on food you can really set yourself back. What I’m trying to say is that cheating on this program can really mess it up.
- This is definitely a program only for people who are looking to control their weight through a food (or diet) based approach. There is nothing wrong with this – it’s fantastic, but if you want something that’s more about exercise and beefing up, this just isn’t that kind of program. I do think it could be used in conjunction with weight gain programs, but you’d need to reach out to the community (you get a year of access for free) for more help on this.
- This is an online only program so if you don’t have a lot of access to the internet or have a device handy when you are planning out shopping and meals, it might be difficult to get the most out of.
To Sum It All Up…
If you want a program that doesn’t leave you hungry or bloated, or confused, or cranky, or disappointed like the others you’ve always tried – it’s time to do something different.
